**UPDATE**Now with uber-sweet gestalt Danboard images! I'd like to see him take on Devastator... Although poor Danboard might be vulnerable to water since he's made of... um, cardboard. haha. Thanks for the heads up Jay!  I'm loving the new Revoltech lines. Then I came across possibly the cutest "mech" ever, this little dude named Danboard. In all honesty, I don't watch much anime and have no idea who the heck he is or this Yotsuba thing. I just fell in love with the design of this little cardboard wonder. New avatar, coming up!  Here's what I got about it from the net. From the popular "Yotsuba&!" manga, Danboard (derived from the Japanese word "danboru," which means "cardboard") is a robot costume made out of cardboard in which Miura suits up and moves when coins are inserted into the slot on the left side of the chest. This Revoltech release of Danboard measures 13cm tall, articulated in at least the neck, shoulders, and legs, and Danboard's eyes light up (a test button battery is included) by pressing the button on the right side of the head! Miura's head is included to reveal the cardboard robot's true identity, plus a custom display base and a 8mm joint for connecting Miura's head to the body.Santa.... this is what I want for Christmas. Or maybe an early birthday present if it's coming out in 2008, hehe.
