I think they are still improving the cg of the movie look here. The last photo is taken from the latest TV spot and above that is taken from the very first teaser of the movie. Notice the difference. I hope we will be seeing more improvements as we end our countdown for the HUlk's debut on the big screen.
i guess, after seeing this fan art, the current hulk, and ang lee's hulk. the challenge every time will always be making said big green monster look 'real' and not hokey placed in real-world settings.
oh god, si zac efron ba yun?! damn, now i'll never look at the new movie hulk again... like in the scene where he's surrounded by military soldiers, bigla na lang magbubust out si hulk ng "we're all in this together..."
oh interesting! although with a June 14 showing i pretty much assume the film is done already and is just awaiting release. the cgi in the trailers look sweet already to me. those touches are nice though, it's the little things that make it all eye candy.
movie hulk looks more human... the fanboy's hulk is more of an ape
i guess that depends on your style preference cuz' hulk is drawn in many different styles in the comic... i've always preferred the more human like hulk myself too though.

Nyah... I actually liked Hulk's hair until the Efron comparison. The light bounce actually made him kind of cute. :p
DI ba sabi, cinonsider daw na gumanap for Speed Racer si Zac Efron. Di lang nagpush through. At eto, dapat daw Keanu Reeves si Racer X. Ahahahaha, fan service siguro mangyayari dun hahahaha.
This Hulk has no resemblance to Edward Norton at all. Personally, I think the fan art looks better! I somehow also feel that the Ang Lee Hulk looks more comic-accurate than this one.
Maybe the production is not releasing the final cgi on the trailers and teasers. Maybe we would see the final renders on the movie itself.
yeah that'd be a treat! i remember the iron man superbowl trailer.. in the scene where he fires his missile at the tank, it looked so fake and videogamey. then when the full trailer and movie hit, the scene looked way better and more realistic. so i have high hopes the little details like the ripped shirt or improved shading will be even better when the movie hits!
yup! love how marvel is tying the universe together. i heard that in hulk, the serum they'll inject to emil blonsky has a mixture of a 'super soldier' serum from the 50s! kickass easter eggs in marvel movies rock.
i'm fine with this hulk. it was great in ang lee's hulk, they scanned eric bana's face and used it as a basis. but since hulk is a jeckyl/hyde character who's supposed to look different anyway, i don't mind it that much. the new one is more 'savage hulk' than 'ahnuld bodybuilder hulk'.
Do you think they'll ever explain why Bruce Banner's Jeans miraculously grows as he becomes the Hulk. Realistically those back pockets are at least 5x oversized. hehehe
hmmm. i think the fan art version has better "character". remember, the hulk isn't just an overgrown human. he's kinda mutated in his jade form. and yes, the pants. maybe they'll explain it as "unstable molecules", kinda like what they did with the fantastic four comics. :D
Basta ako I still like the 80's TV version of Hulk, the transformation is more realistic. The movie and the fan art version is quadruple the size of Dr.Banner so the pants has to tear off in this Hulk version (unless the jeans has a life of its own and also grows to supersize while Bruce is the Hulk, but how can they also explain the fact that when Hulk becomes Bruce again the pants still fit...). Just take a look at the soldier's pants here, it could not even fit the arms of Hulk. Mas payat pa nga si Edward Norton kesa dito sa sundalo na to. But then again those two are for cinema and art purposes. Their aim is to fascinate us and be impressed with their artistry.
