From around a year or two back. Creepily quirky music video from Interpol chronicling a muppet-man's car crash that supposedly fatally injured his loved one while medical teams and doctors stitch him up. Gotta love it...

 | First heard this song from Grey's Anatomy Season 1. This was played at the scene when Meredith's homies Izzy and George threw a house party and Meredith didn't know that (1) there was going to be a party and (2) it's going to be at her place.
As everybody got drunk, all inhibitions were lost. Then they grooved to this song like, um, drunks.
Also, I took the first part of the song and assigned it as a ringtone to a friend named Rosemarie. Woot!
Trippy song. I still have the frack from when I first heard it but I don't watch GA no mo'. You've got taste, pare! |
 | haha thanks. i'm just glad a lot of people share my interest in the quirky and geeky crap i post. lolz. i don't watch GA, but it seems like a good fit in that scene. tv shows usually choose some great songs for their scenes. imogen heap's 'hide and seek' was used in both the OC and CSI! nip/tuck also has a knack for good songs, especially when the doctors operate. oh, and lolz' at rosemarie for having a special ringtone...^_^ |
 | She even asked for the tone for herself. Narcissistic! The OC started the trend in looking for and featuring quality accompanying music. I recall Smallville following suit. And the rest is history. |
 | haha, by request! as for OC starting the trend... hmm, they're a fairly recent show... i dunno, it feels like accompanying music has been around longer than that... so long i can't remember what show started it all! haha, just my 2 cents...^_^ |
 | Yep, you are right, but quality accompanying music that's not only limited to popular music came in rather recently. :) |
