VideoThe Cardigans - For What It's WorthOct 23, '07 10:39 PM
for everyone
We were in Red Box last week and this video played. I never saw it and was pleasantly surprised and instantly fell in love with the song and vocalist Nina Persson all over again with her brunnette look, sweet vocals, hypnotic eyes, and the cutest pair of dimples in musicdom.

Unlike my previous music vid posts, nothing groundbreaking here unless you count a distraught suicidal bunny - just a simple, charming vid with a song that's easy on the ears. Gotta love that harmonica and guitar hook.

it's been around for a couple years and i only heard it last week. just goes to show you learn something old every now and then, hehe.

really? ngayon ko lang sya narining eh... hehehe

ah ok, yun pala eh! yeah from 2003 if i'm not mistaken. like i said, something old for some is something new to others. that's why sharing is fun! you either spread what's new, or relate to something old!

This song comes from "Long Gone Before Daylight", a wistful and often times brooding album, one you'd soak your ears in on rhum-induced morning stupors. I stumbled on it in a music store garage sale couple of years back. My favorite track though is "Communication".

hey ed! nice, thanks for the ever-poetic 411. will definitely check that track out.

Ha! It's a moody track.

eto no excuses kabobohan na talaga. sabi ko, asan na si dolores?! (cranberries lol)

the song's nice.

BWAHAHA! you're not alone my dear, you're not alone. it might seem shallow since cranberries and cardigans start with 'C', they're both euro bands with female vox, and all that jazz, but damnit woman, you ain't alone on this one. kaboboholics unite!

glad you liked it...^_^

the bunny was weak
hahaha, how cruel, care for the inanimate object but not the living one! yeah, the bunny was a bit too irrational and sensitive... but wait, he could've committed suicide without being in the car! you're right! selfish bunny! hmpf!

Love their music and Nina is fabulous, although i like her better with blonde hair and Victoria Beckham do. My fav songs are "Don't Blame Your Daughter", "Godspell" and "Drip Drop Teardrop". It would be cool if they can go on an Asian tour including Manila as well.

aw, i'd love to watch the cardigans if they played here.
